Susan Raridon Lambreth
Principal and Founder
Susan Raridon Lambreth is a Principal with LawVision Group and founder of the LPM Institute. She practiced law and then, has consulted to law firms and legal departments for the past 25 years. She assists firms in implementing effective LPM initiatives and training (including planning successful roll-out of initiatives and helping achieve partner buy-in). She chairs the largest conference on LPM each year, Practising Law Institute’s "Project Management for Lawyers”.
She co-created with Carla Landry the first legal project management certification program and launched the first online eLearning courses in legal project management. Susan is also the leading expert in practice group management, having helped many of the largest US firms implement their practice management structure and/or train their leaders over the past 20 years.
She is the author or co-author of 5 leading books on LPM or practice management, including "Implementing Legal Project Management: The Legal Professional’s Guide to Success" and "Optimizing Practice Management: Driving Profitability and Market Position".
