Natalie Runyon is currently the Director, operations and strategy team for key accounts in the Legal business at Thomson Reuters. Prior to this role, she was the head of Security Operations for the Americas. Before joining Thomson Reuters, she spent nine years at Goldman Sachs in the Office of Global Security and five years at Central Intelligence Agency as an Illicit Transactions analyst.
Natalie specializes in leadership development for the next generation of leaders as a co-chair of the New York City chapter of Women@ThomsonReuters, as a member of the global steering committee of the women’s network, and as a governance board member of the Wall Street Women’s Alliance. She also utilizes her leadership expertise as the creator of a career advancement program called Be the CEO of Your Career, which has been launched globally within Thomson Reuters with more than 1,300 men and women participating in the program over the last two years.
Natalie is a conference speaker and an author of articles in The Glass Hammer , Security magazine, and CSO Online. Natalie was named one of top 20 under 40 in Security Director News in 2013.
She earned her M.B.A from The George Washington University and her B.S. in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University. She will complete an Organization Development & Leadership certificate from NYU in Spring 2016. She is an ASIS Certified Protection Professional and Certified Leadership Coach. She resides in NYC with her husband and two sons.
