Nancey Watson, B.Ed., is President of NL Watson Consulting Inc., and consults with professional services firms on business development initiatives as well as offers training and coaching on growth strategies, proposals, and bid presentations.
She specializes in AFAs and pricing. Her focus is to help bridge the gap between procurement and professional services firms. She was a speaker at the "Pricing Tactics, Pricing Bootcamp", Buying Legal Council, November 2016; "How Procurement Impacts Law Firm Selection", Practice Partners Roundtable, Law Vision Group, Legal Project Management, November 2016; and "High Noon: A Pricing Negotiation Master Class", Law Firm Marketing Partner Forum, Thompson Reuters Legal Executive Institute, January 25, 2017.
Nancey has also been a guest speaker for staff retreats and professional services industry conferences and seminars, including those of the Legal Marketing Association, Toronto Chapter, Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and American Marketing Association. Between 2008-2012, she acted as the Membership Committee Chair and Board Member, 2017 Chair, Toronto Membership Committee for the Legal Marketing Association, Toronto Chapter.
