As Stroock’s Chief Information Officer, Kermit brings more than 25 years of experience in IT strategy, operations and project management to all areas of the Firm’s technology, security, knowledge management and litigation support in four national offices.
Kermit is active in the Legal IT and e-Discovery/Litigation Support communities and has been a speaker at the ILTA annual convention, the LegalTech CIO Forum and past Law Firm CFO/CIO/COO events.
He is the Chair of Stroock’s Technology and Futures Committee and also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Rutgers Center for Innovation Education at Rutgers University. Before joining Stroock, Kermit served in technical, management and leadership roles for the New York City Board of Education, Computer Associates International, Morgan Stanley, and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP — a top international AMLAW 100 law firm.
