Doug Penson has been a litigator in both San Francisco and New York City from 1999 to 2010. He has worked in the practice areas of products liability, toxic torts, trust and estate litigation, elder abuse, estate planning, business litigation and general business counseling. He has exceptional experience with taking depositions, research, writing and analysis. He is also well-versed with trial work. Mr. Penson has lectured to such prominent organizations as the New York City Bar Association about various topics including "The Importance of Leveraging Technology for the Small and Solo Law Firm". Mr. Penson has helped to found a new law firm and oversee the purchase and installation of all its’ new technology. He has also worked to innovate and implement new ideas for streamlining case workflow.
Mr. Penson attended the University of San Francisco, School of Law and Tulane University.
